Guide to Home Based Learning (HBL)

Key Information

Dear Parents/Guardians,

HBL lesson instructions via lesson guides for all classes can be found in the following class links.

Form teachers will be checking the attendance with students at 0800 on HBL days.

CCA Online Sessions

The detailed information on the e-CCA sessions can be found in the link here. Zoom details will be provided to your child/ward by the respective CCA teachers.

The Singapore StudentLearning Space (SLS) will be one of the few platforms to support schools in their home-based learning (HBL) measures. Instructions for home based lessons will be provided on the platform.

A key student self help resource during this HBL period can be found here.

In case your child/ward encounters issue accessing SLS, please follow the steps shown in the SLS recovery poster below.

SLS Support for Home-based Learning

During school operating hours, students should contact the School-based Helpline for SLS queries including all SLS access matters such as password reset and unlocking of accounts, as well as queries about lesson assignments.

Mondays - Fridays: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

For other matters, students can email the SLS Helpdesk at helpdesk@sls.ufinity.com. When emailing the SLS Helpdesk, they should include their full name, name of school and form class.

Non-School Operating Hours

Students can only contact the SLS Helpdesk outside the school operating hours.
